Registration

- A signed letterheaded document from the university/learning institution highlighting the student status of the individual or copy of a valid student ID must be uploaded during the online registration process.  

Registration Fees include:

• Admission to all scientific, oral & poster sessions & Commercial Exhibition
• Conference Material
• Coffee Breaks

Cancellation policy

• Before May 31st, 2025: Full refund, excluding an administration fee of  50€
• From June 1st, 2025 onwards or in case of non-attendance: 100% cancellation fees apply

 Kindly note, that all refunds will be processed one month after the Conference.
