Guidelines for presentations
Oral Presentation
Oral presentation format is PowerPoint (16:9). and must be pre-uploaded in the Speakers Ready Room one day in advance of your presentation
Poster presentations
The poster must be in portrait style (format A0, portrait format, H 1189 x W 841mm).
Mounting material will be provided on site.
No other formats are allowed!
Posters that exceed the above dimensions will not be displayed on site.
If you wish your poster to be printed and delivered directly to the congress venue, you may submit your Poster Document through the Online Form the latest until August 7th, here: Poster Printing Service
Cost per Poster: 45,00 €
