Journal of Food Protection

Α special issue for the 13th ICPMF will be published in Journal of Food Protection, the ultimate food safety journal. 

JFP is a gold open access journal publishing articles on microbial and chemical food safety, including predictive microbiology and quantitative risk assessment. Registered attendees of the 13th ICPMF are welcome to submit their work to this special issue.

We offer 2 waivers for invited review articles. Additional waivers from the total annually available may also become available.
