Registration
Registration is required to attend all the scientific sessions.
Please note that only fully registered participants will be admitted to the scientific sessions. A personalized confirmation e-mail will be sent to each participant once the payment of the registration fee has been received.

Cancellation policy
- Before January 31st, 2027: Full refund, excluding an administration fee of 50€
- From February 1st, 2027 onwards or in case of non-attendance: 100% cancellation fees apply
Kindly note, that all refunds will be processed one month after the Conference.
