Registration
Registration is required to attend all the scientific sessions.
Please note that only fully registered participants will be admitted to the scientific sessions. A personalized confirmation e-mail will be sent to each participant once the payment of the registration fee has been received.

- A signed letterheaded document from the university/learning institution highlighting the student status of the individual or copy of a valid student ID must be uploaded during the online registration process.

- Conference Material
- Coffee & Lunch Breaks
Cancellation policy
- Before June 31st, 2025: Full refund, excluding an administration fee of 50€
- From July 1st, 2025 onwards or in case of non-attendance: 100% cancellation fees apply
Kindly note, that all refunds will be processed one month after the Conference.
