Registration includes:
- Official meeting program and participant's package
- Light lunch and coffee breaks/refreshments breaks
- Certificate of attendance
Deadlines and cancellation procedures:
- Registration cancellations received in writing at the Meeting Secretariat’s email address (ism2026@afeacongress.gr) before December 15, 2025 are entitled to a full refund minus 80€ administrative fee. All refunds will be processed after the Meeting.
- Cancellations received after December 15, 2025 , will not be refunded.
Kindly note, that all refunds will be processed one month after the Conference.
