Deadlines and cancellation policy:
• Registration cancellations received in writing at the Meeting Secretariat’s email address (congress@afeacongress.gr) before December 15, 2025 are entitled to a full refund minus 80€ administrative fee. All refunds will be processed after the Meeting.
• Cancellations received after December 15, 2025 , will not be refunded.
