* A signed letterheaded document from the university/learning institution highlighting the student status of the individual or copy of a valid student ID must be uploaded during the online registration process.
The registration fee includes:
- Admission to all scientific oral & poster sessions & commercial exhibition
- Coffee breaks
- Certificate of Attendance
Cancellation Policy
- Before June 30th 2023: Full refund excluding an administration fee of 50€
- From July 1st 2023 onwards or in case of non attendance : 100% cancellation fees apply
Kindly note that all refunds will be proceeded one month after the conference
