We would like to inform you that the hotels listed below have rooms available from June 2nd to June 5th.

If you require additional nights pre or post to this period, kindly select the main dates (2-5 June 2026) and then contact the PAGE Meeting Secretariat at pagemeeting2026@afeacongress.gr to arrange your extra requirements.

We strongly recommend securing both your accommodation and flights as early as possible, as room availability is limited and prices are expected to increase closer to the event.

Accommodation tax is not included and will be paid directly at the hotel during check out | 2,65 euros/night/person

Cancellation Policy:
• For cancellations received before Friday, January 30th, 2026, 50% cancellation fees apply.
• For cancellations received after Friday, January 30th, 2026, 100% cancellation fees apply.
• Cancellation of accommodation must be made in writing to AFEA Congress at pagemeeting2026@afeacongress.gr

Important notes:
Room rates are quoted in Euro, including Breakfast and VAT.
Accommodation tax is not included and will be paid directly at the hotel during check out.
In case of early departure, the hotel and AFEA Congress are entitled to charge all nights booked.
