Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the SigmaPhi 2023 Registration Secretariat at congress@afea.gr. • For cancellations received by June 10th, 2023 the registration fee will be refunded. • From June 11th, 2023 onwards 100% cancellation fees will apply. • An administrative fee of 80 euros will be deducted from all refunds. Payment of the registration can be realized via credit card /online secure system or via bank transfer.
