Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the Secretariat at info@bcnm2025.org Registration Cancellation Policy: • Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the BCNM 2025 Registration Secretariat at info@bcnm2025.org • For cancellations received by March 10th, 2025 the registration fee will be refunded. • From March 10th, 2025 onwards 100% cancellation fees will apply. • An administrative fee of 50 euros will be deducted from all refunds. Payment of the registration can be realized via credit card /online secure system or via bank transfer.
