Accommodation Information
 

A variety of hotels has been secured for the delegates of the 3rd Olympiad in Cardiovascular Medicine Symposium.
Due to high demand during the symposium dates, it is highly recommended that you secure your accommodation booking as early as possible.

Special Notes:

 

  • A minimum stay of 3 overnights applies for all bookings
  • Accommodation rates include

           a) Breakfast

           b) Opening Ceremony dinner on the 30th of April 2026

           c) Light Lunch at the Congress Venue, Elite Blue Conference Center on the 01st & 02nd of May

  • Ηotel accommodation and Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is not included.Guests will be asked this upon check-in by either cash or credit card. The amount depends on the official rating of each property, according to the local Tourist Board classification. 
  • All costs are indicated in Euro 

 


Accommodation Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of accommodation must be made in writing to the Symposium Secretariat at congress@afeacongress.gr.
  • For cancellations received by Sunday, Feb 22nd, 2026, a handling fee equivalent to 50% will be charged. 
  • For cancellations received by Monday, Feb 23rd, 2026, cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the room rate for the entire period of booking will apply.  
  • Only written cancellations will be accepted.
