* To qualify for the reduced EurAAc members registration fees, you must have already paid your membership fee for EURAAC (updated including 2024). To do so, please get in touch with Marie Stéphane Tixier (marie-stephane.tixier@supagro.fr) , and subsequently, send the proof of payment to the symposium secretary infoEurAAC2024athens@afeacongress.gr

  • We would like to remind you that the annual registration fee is 10 euros for active members and 5 euros for retirees

Gala Dinner Cancellation policy:

  • Delegates cancelling before July 26th, 2024 will receive full refund.
  • No refunds can be made for cancellations from July 27th, 2024 onwards
  • The payment for the ticket must be done 7 days following the reservation.
